SpendSmartAI is an AI-powered expense tracking application for iOS devices. The App provides smart categorization of expenses utilizing artificial intelligence, along with text extraction via native iOS APIs.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. SpendSmartAI does not directly process or store your payment information.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you input or allow the app to extract. SpendSmartAI does not provide financial advice and should not be relied upon for financial decision-making.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpendSmartAI and its developers shall not be liable for any damages or financial loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.
